Appointment Policy
Endless Hair London uses Fresha booking platform to make a reliable and easy way for every client to book, reschedule and follow the bookings.

Every appointment has to be confirmed via Fresha system by giving the bank card details to them. This isn't mean either we or Fresha charge the card or hold the deposit with any amount prior to the appointment. This is only for avoiding no-shows and late cancelations.

“No Show Policy” means a policy that is included in the Terms of Sale of a Fresha Booking whereby We may charge (through the Fresha Payment Services) a certain fee for a failing to show up to the salon at the time indicated on the Fresha Booking, which may be up to 100% of the value of the Fresha Booking.
Also, We may charge for a late cancelation (within 48 hours of the appointment) up to 50% of the value of the Fresha Booking.

In the event of failure to confirm the appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
