However, most complaints are due to inappropriate aftercare.

If you are not pleased with the service you received, please contact us as soon as possible but no later than 72 hours after your appointment.
You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, ALL products must be unopened, unused and in its original package and condition for the return to be accepted. Any products that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted for a refund.
